Pizzazz Meeting & Event Planning Group, your resource for successful meetings & events, is a team of professionals with expertise in managing the full range of logistical details of any event, including audiovisual production, professional writing, food and beverage service, graphic and web design and trade show management. Pizzazz MEPG, a virtual meeting management firm, was launched in New York and New Jersey ten years ago by Margaret H. Williams, CMP, and Bessie R. Edwards, two industry professionals who believed that by joining forces they could better service their clients. The company has since expanded to the Tampa Bay, Florida area and has grown its network of affiliate resources to include professionals in all areas of meeting and event planning.

We offer clients a seamless approach, taking complete responsibility for a project and offering clients peace-of-mind while they concentrate on the content of their event. The firm offers a wide range of value-added services and resources to corporate and association clients with an eye towards cost management that often results in tangible improvements in overall program success. These services include savvy contract negotiations, time-saving online registration and housing, VIP "white glove" service and creatively themed special events. Dedicated resources individually designed to meet the needs of both small and large-scale projects and to deliver effective, memorable events that are executed flawlessly makes the complete package.

How do we work?

Every engagement begins the same way. We start by asking the client what success means to them. We look at all aspects of their event and, along with the client, work to develop a management plan that becomes the framework for all decisions. As a "virtual" company with more than 20+ years in this industry we have the resources to accomplish all client objectives, no matter how complex. We end as we began, ensuring that the client is satisfied that all the measurements of success have been met.
